General Production – Current Openings for all positions

*All employees must be able to work Overtime if needed, with advance notice

Shift Hours By Department:

Molding Operations: 8 – 12 Hr. Shifts

Finish Operations – 8 – 10 Hr. Shifts

Production Support – 8 – 10 Hr. Shifts

All hours over 8 per day and/or 40 per week are paid at an overtime rate. Other shifts may be added as needed.

Description

C-PAK Industries, Inc. is a leading custom rotational molder. We are seeking dependable, motivated, and flexible production personnel that are wanting long term employment opportunities. Requirements

• Entry level positions require no industry experience, as we will train

• Ability to perform the job in a safe manner

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Ability to work as part of team and get along with others in a fast-paced environment

• Work with power tools, hand tools, flame torches

• Parts handling

• Loading of raw materials into molds

• Measuring and weighing of raw materials

• Other duties assigned per position

• Ability to understand and carry out both written and verbal instructions

• Read/Write/Speak basic English

Performance Expectations

Reliability, quality, accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness in all duties assigned; ability to work with other personnel and communicate effectively to teammates & management; ability to lift to 50 lbs., work in a manufacturing environment, and be on your feet for the length of your shift. You will be expected to understand and follow company safety rules and policies.
